CHEMICAL CLEANING
“Chemical Cleaning is Quality not Quantity”
Chemical cleaning is the process of removing, dissolving and loosening of contaminant material eg.: fouling, scale or hard deposits from process equipment or piping with a chemical solution utilizing various chemical processes.
Pre-commissioning/commissioning activities – piping and vessels may contain a variety of debris, scale, sand, dirt, oxides, oil and temporary protective coatings that must be removed before commissioning including the repairing of surface conditions after fabrication eg.: pickle and passivation process.

ONLINE TUBE CLEANING
(ATCS SYSTEM)
The Automatic Tube Cleaning System (ATCS) by Innovas Technologies keeps heat exchanger tubes clean without intervention. Cleaning balls rub against tubes and trap debris at the outlet for the next cycle, requiring minimal downtime and less than 20 man-hours for installation. The Helios ATCS is cost-effective, energy-saving, and eliminates the need for harmful chemicals, which can be expensive and inefficient, and require process shutdowns. Our system prevents the build-up of mud, scale, and biological fouling, which degrade heat exchanger performance, improving energy efficiency by up to 25%. COLD CUTTING
Cold cutting using high pressure water jetting is a non-destructive cutting method that uses a stream of water at high velocity and pressure to cut through different materials. The technique is particularly useful for cutting through metals, concrete, and other hard surfaces, without producing heat or sparks. This makes it a safer alternative to traditional cutting methods like plasma cutting and oxy-fuel cutting, which can create hazardous fumes and sparks that pose a risk of fire or explosion. High pressure water jetting is also more precise than other cutting methods, allowing for intricate cuts and shapes to be made. Additionally, the technique produces less waste and is more environmentally friendly, making it a popular choice for industries that prioritize sustainability.

HYDRO DEMOLITION

ULTRASONIC CLEANING
Ultrasound is used for removing problem contamination from all forms of hard surfaces, such as metals, plastics and ceramics. its unique properties can be harnessed to clean items of all shapes, sizes and technical complexity by penetrating holes and cavities that are impossible to reach using ordinary cleaning methods.
The Principle of the ultrasonic cleaning process is as follows. Piezo electric transducers are are attached to immersion plates which are attached/fixed to the cleaning tank. They generate ultrasound waves that vibrate the cleaning fluid at very high velocity, creating a process called cavitation. Millions of tiny bubbles implode within the solution and penetrate into every orifice of the item being cleaned, removing dirt and grime within seconds.
